About me
I'm a freelance writer, digital artist and graphic designer with a background in narrative arts. Born and raised in Nantes, in north-western France, I've done a lot of hopping around in this country and others - maybe you can tell from my choice to write in English!
I write short stories as well as longform, using horror, sci-fi and the fantastical to talk about grief, alienation, and relationship to the body. I grew up around lots of old-school sci-fi and psychological horror. I think it definitely shows! When it comes to digital art, I focus on character design and illustration, always with the intent of telling a story.
Outside of work, I'm a lover of menswear, a collector of antique furnishings and lava lamps, and I enjoy regular outings to my local natural history museum.

In the little town, where time passes strangely and ancestral rites he'd dismissed seem to take hold again, Dimitri finds that the things he'd tried to leave behind have remained, and grown in his absence.

JD is trying his best to raise his young daughter, Barbie. It's never easy being a young single parent. It's not any easier when your daughter could crumple you up with only her mind, as she did to her mother, and that ability makes some powerful people really interested in her.
